This committee shall be composed of a chairperson and approximately two – three members to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the committee. Good organizational skills and computer access/strong computer skills, including knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or other web-based training programs. Maintain regular communication with management counterparts. This committee helps to provide two-way communication between the MEC Officers and the training department. The committee will work closely with MEC Officers to provide timely, current and an accurate flow of information regarding training matters to flight attendants.
