Endeavor AFA to Launch Cabin Temperature Task Force
Cabin temperature concerns are not new—but they are becoming more frequent, more widespread, and more difficult to ignore. Flight Attendants across the system have reported excessive heat on aircraft, both on the ground and in-flight, impacting not only comfort but safety for crew and passengers alike.
To take meaningful action, Endeavor AFA is launching a Cabin Temperature Task Force. This initiative will allow us to move beyond anecdotal reports and begin collecting real, measurable data directly from the line. Members of the task force will be equipped with digital thermometers to document cabin temperatures and submit reports when conditions exceed acceptable levels. This data will give AFA the ability to investigate patterns, identify root causes, and hold the Company accountable with objective evidence.
This effort will rely on members—Flight Attendants who are willing to participate, document, and help drive change. If you’ve experienced these conditions and want to be part of the solution, this is your opportunity to get involved in a meaningful way.
