Education & Training – Reminders & Updates

As we continue through the year, here are a few important reminders from Education & Training:

  • Stay Current on Required Training: Ensure all assigned modules in LMS are completed by the deadline to avoid compliance issues.
  • CQ: Be prepared. Use the study guide and watch the videos that have been provided. Use your FAM for LMS abd CQ.
  • EME/PV Attempts: Remember, during CQ you have 3 attempts to successfully complete evaluations before additional steps are required.
  • System Updates: Continue transitioning to updated platforms and review all job aids available in the Content app, including the CBA.

If you experience issues with training access, completion credit, or scheduling, document and report them so we can address trends and ensure compliance.
