KCM Transition to CMAP

As KCM transitions to the new Crewmember Access Point (CMAP), access will be tied directly to your passport, and KCM cards will eventually be phased out.

If you renew your passport, change your name, or have any passport updates, please make sure to:

• Send a signed copy/photo to Base Management
• Send a signed copy/photo to Crew Records at [email protected]
• Update your passport information in Dayforce (including the signature page)

As we move through this transition, more information will be shared, but taking care of this now will help avoid delays later.
