Uniform Wear Testing
As part of our August focus on resources and support, we would like to provide a brief reminder regarding the upcoming new uniform wear testing.
Information provided to Endeavor Air wear testers indicates that testing participants may begin wearing new uniform pieces during day-to-day operations in late July.
If you see a wear tester on the line, please take the opportunity to ask constructive questions regarding fit, sizing, fabric, comfort, functionality, durability, and any concerns they may have experienced while wearing the garments.
Specific feedback is the most helpful. Rather than simply stating that you do not like something, please explain the concern and why it is an issue. Clear, detailed feedback helps identify problems and potential solutions before final uniform decisions are made.
As summer gets into full swing please remember:
Summer Uniform Guidelines

• When wearing the white shirt or blouse, outer garments are optional. RED ACCESSORIES
