Government Affairs helps keep Flight Attendants informed on legislative issues that affect aviation workers, labor rights, safety, rest, and workplace protections. With contract negotiations around the corner, staying informed and engaged is more important than ever. Your voice matters. When Flight Attendants participate, contact lawmakers, stay updated on AFA action alerts, and support issues that impact our profession, we strengthen our Union and our ability to advocate    for each other.

One important tool AFA uses to support pro-Flight Attendant legislation is FlightPAC. FlightPAC is funded 100% by voluntary contributions from AFA members and is used to educate decision makers and support candidates who have demonstrated a commitment to Flight Attendant issues, regardless of party affiliation.
