New Service Guidelines

By now most of you have had the opportunity to work a flight with our new onboard service mileage parameters. We want to emphasize how important it is to prioritize safety and to not rush to finish service for the last several rows if you've heard the Initial Decent and Service Discontinued announcement. Stop where you are, return to the galley, stow the cart and prepare for landing.

It is imperative that you report flights that you're unable to complete service by doing an ASAP report. It's also helpful to do a FACTS report so the company knows how many flights that are lacking a full cabin service completion.

Other recent changes include new meal options and plate preparation (The Flip) for flights 900+ miles. Later this summer passengers will have the ability to pre-order their selection on meal flights and a salty new main cabin snack will be introduced.
