• Reasons for Interest in the Position
  
  I am eager to continue my support for our flight attendants and their contract. I have witnessed the pivotal role of the AFA MEC in fostering a proactive relationship with the company and the imperative to maintain engagement as we approach the commencement of our next contract. My involvement with numerous committee chairs and members has instilled in me a strong desire to establish a mutually supportive relationship with each committee and to ensure that the MECVP collaborates effectively with the chairs.
  
  Qualifications and Strengths
  
  My extensive experience as an EDV AFA volunteer since 2014, coupled with my roles as LEC and MEC chairs and LEC officer positions, has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the contract and the AFA structure, which I am confident will facilitate my transition into the MEC Officer role. I am committed to collaborating with the MEC to continue supporting and engaging our members in this vital position.
