Welcome to Endeavor Air

On behalf of your AFA MEC, I want to personally welcome you to Endeavor Air.

You are stepping into a profession that is far more than a job. As Flight Attendants, we are aviation’s first responders, safety professionals, problem-solvers, and the calm in moments that matter most. What you do every day will carry real responsibility — and real impact.

You are also now part of a Union family. The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA exists to protect your rights, advocate for your future, and ensure your voice is heard. Your contract, your workplace protections, and your representation are not accidental — they are the result of Flight Attendants standing together.

We encourage you to stay engaged, ask questions, learn your Contract, and connect with your Local Council. The strength of this group has always come from members who care about one another and about the profession.
