FALL MEETING & TOWN HALL

The Endeavor Air Master Executive Council (MEC) will hold its Fall MEC Meeting on November 17–18, 2026, at the Marco LaGuardia Hotel in New York.

Meeting Times:
Tuesday, November 17: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM ET
Wednesday, November 18: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET

Member Attendance & Registration

Members in good standing are welcome to attend the open portions of the Fall MEC Meeting.

Members wishing to attend in person or via Zoom must register individually by sending email to [email protected] with the following information:

Registration Deadline: November 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET

Zoom information will be sent to registered members on November 17.

Town Hall

A Town Hall will be held on Wednesday, November 18, immediately following the conclusion of the Fall MEC Meeting.

With our Negotiations Survey complete, we are moving into the next phase of the process — using the information provided by our Flight Attendants to prepare our contract opener.

The Town Hall will provide an opportunity to discuss:

Where we are in the negotiations process
Negotiations Survey participation
Preparing our contract opener
What comes next
Member engagement and mobilization
Questions from Flight Attendants

We encourage our members to stay informed and engaged as your elected representatives conduct the business of the MEC and we continue preparing for contract negotiations.
