1. Called for any MEC Chair Updates -

Laura Rector - regarding carts & DOT supply issues. EM will send out email to MEC regarding regulations to keep continuity.

2. Memo sent to Pilots regarding boarding with a known mechanical issue. (Joe is available for this portion) (49) bring back for discussion i will send email to Joe to see if he is available 

BH discussed the memo that went out. Company is technically not violating anything, but EM will have discussion with Joe S. for clarification.  BH is forwarding Joe’s email to the MEC. 

3. Austin submitted a proposal to change the way we do Elines.

This agenda item will be handled via email.

4. Official letter requesting dates for Negotiations (49)

International responded, Sara Nelson will send letter when it’s time this fall. Eline to go out on process for negotiating committee and Eline for applications for negotiators by March .  Subject Matter Experts will be used as needed, selected by MEC.  

BH 49 -Motion MECP to send out Eline “Section 6 Negotiations Committee - Call for Volunteers” as soon as the MEC approves.

5. Flight Pay Loss from SBA budget for both MEC/LEC contractual cases in arbitration (46-OO proxy) “

DL 46 makes a motion if our “attorney requests” witnesses for a case, FPL be covered under SBA.
