2. Committee Updates/Reports

MEC Benefits Chair Wanda updated on Aflac and issues.  Company is continuing to work on getting the issues worked out during the change.  

MEC Austin Gates encouraging everyone to use the “resource” tab on our website.

Reserve tab is appreciated by MEC Reserve Chair Oscar Ochomogo

MEC Communications Chair Nate Heide, thanked the MEC for their support during his loss.

MEC Membership Noah Lamont - new hire presentations has been adding a push for using the website.

MEC Scheduling Chair Laura Walker, updated on ‘Firebreaks’.  IROPs continue to be issues.  Upcoming meeting to discuss how FAs can be better served during them.  “IROP guide”.
