4.Labor Management and EBOD updates
EM gave update on (Jan 5) EBOD and Jan 14, 2026 Labor Management
5. Define the role of the MEC Grievance Vice Chair and how the union days will be allocated. (Days are budgeted through the SBA account. As of now providing days for grievance hearing, arbitration, screening, and mediation for both Chair & Vice Chair) Discussion -
MEC will allocate FPL/expenses until their roles are defined. The Chair & Vice Chair will be tasked with how they will be allocating the work in writing to the MEC for approval until then.
6.Update from Oscar on his plan to take care of task on updating members information and past dues.
7. I have had someone going to CQ later this month ask about concerns of the issues going on in MSP with ICE. I was wondering from people that live in the area, how things and is there a plan in case things get too dangerous or worse- OO this was responded to in email on Jan 12, 2026. Will provide further updates when received
EDV Safety has sent update email to EM. EM to get information to International for approval to send out to members.
