We are currently done with Step 1. The goal is to start Step 2 next week. It will take time to email everyone.

Step 1: Send this eLine to notify members about the verification effort. Members who know their information is correct can email us and be marked complete.

Step 2: Send individual emails requesting confirmation of contact details and SkyPro number, and update records for those who respond.

Step 3: Call only the remaining members who have not responded by email to complete verification.

4.BOD dates of local meetings so we can get them on MEC calendar and website

5.Council 49 Proposes that the MEC Changes its way we do our Eline Approvals. We propose that instead of requesting a "Good to Go" which results in clogging up our email inboxes, that we change to a "This is set to go out (on date and time)" from the MEC Communications Chair and then if anyone objects to anything, we have no less than 24 hours to respond. If there's no response, it should be assumed that it is good to go as previewed.  

49 Motion- We change the MEC communications policy any eline sent within 24 hours requires a majority good to go and anything after 24 hours and 1 minute does not require a good to go and if any member of the MEC has any corrections or suggestions to edit will email the author of the eline and MEC communications chair with their suggestions and/or edits?

7. Billy bring up Pilot Memo about boarding and SAFA

Billy wants Letter to the company and eline. Elizabeth sent memos to international.
