7. Update from MECVP on roster and dues

Emails have been sent for members to update (with skypro numbers) and all information.  OO has a spreadsheet to keep track.  Will keep in contact with local membership chairs. Push first of June/July.

8. Update on Training LOA

This item was discussed during Labor Management on April 8 and included in the EM update. The last proposal was sent from AFA to the Company in October. Follow-up requests for updates were made in January, February, and April. Progress was delayed following Angela’s departure; however, Paul has now reviewed the proposal and a meeting will be scheduled to address two outstanding company concerns.

9. Meeting with the company about an LOA for the IROP language. I believe when I was the MECVP we were supposed to schedule a meeting with the company.  I understand that Laura is working with the company to develop best practices for IROPS not language changes.

The agenda from that Oct meeting was provided:

IROPs; impact and means of notification

Training language (Section 12)

Gate agent contact issues

Fatigue language (reconciling FAM and CBA)

Joe/Laura working towards a policy of IROP language and processes, not an LOA at this time due to closeness of Section 6 (along with the other items.) Dave is getting with his team to see if any can be further facilitated prior to Section 6

10. 2026-2027 Budget discussion

EM wants to move the budget discussion to May meeting, to verify final numbers after resolution passed.

11. Dues Adjustment/rebate program

The MECP reviewed the resolution, along with supporting information provided by the International.
