President’s Report included detailed discussion on FMLA

Introduction of Keturah Johnson (joined at 1:40 PM)

Dante Harris (joined at 1:52 PM) provided updates on electronic dues, voting, and AFA BOD app

Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer Reports delivered

Committee Updates:

Scheduling: RDU update and scheduling grid (Laura)

Membership: Transition to electronic systems (Noah)

Grievance/Digital Technology: Updates provided by Austin

ASHS and FTG/ASAP: General updates shared

Dues Discussion:

Addressed misinformation regarding dues increases being limited to regionals

Clarified the raise also applies to mainline and was previously approved in 2024

Joint motion proposed for a three-year revisit on regional dues structure
