2025 Special Election 

Due to the vacancies in the positions of LEC Vice President & LEC Secretary prior the start of the term of office, a new election is being conducted to fill these vacancies in accordance with Article III.C.5.b.   The timeline for nominations and the election are listed below. 

• Term of office begins:  August 13, 2025 and ends June 30, 2028.
• Positions to be elected: LEC Vice President, LEC Secretary. 

Self-nomination period:

• Opens: July 7, 2025
• Closes: July 21, 2025

ELECTION SCHEDULE: 

• Voting Notice & Instructions will be mailed: July 24 2025,  this notice provides your personal one-time use activation code which allows a member to access the ballot and cast their vote and a list of nominated candidates running for each LEC Officer position. 
• Polls open: July, 30, 2025 12 PM ET Voting begins
• Polls close: August 13, 2025 12 PM ET  The Ballot Certification Committee
