I’m proud to introduce myself as the Health and Benefits MEC Chair to addition of being the MEC Government Affairs Liaison working on behalf of the Endeavor Air Flight Attendants. This is an amazing new role and the position is in its infancy. There is a lot of work to be done. We are dedicated to getting information to you that will ease burdens.
If you are signed up for Endeavor Air (cigna) Insurance, there are 2 different health insurance plans. There is the OAP plan and there is an HRA plan. If you have the HRA plan, we have a HRA (Health Reimbursement Account) attached to those health benefits. Endeavor contributes $250.00(single)/$500.00(employee+spouse/dependent) a year to use for prescriptions, health care visits,etc. If just you, the employee, completes a Health Assessment($50.00 incentive to the HRA) and tobacco questionnaire ($100.00) , a total of $150.00 will be added to your HRA. Your Spouse/dependent may also complete the Incentives to add to the HRA account.

TIMEFRAME TO COMPLETE
Wellness incentives need to be completed by September 30, 2016 so you can be funded in January 2017. If you complete the Incentives between October 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016 you will be funded into your HRA account on April 1, 2017.
